National Group Formed to Save the Glass Collections & Archives held at Broadfield House Glass Museum

A meeting was held at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London on 25th February 2010. On this auspicious day, a national group was set up to preserve and enhance the glass collections and archives held at Broadfield House Glass Museum. Amongst those present were Brent Richards (architect of glass pavillion at Broadfield) Eric Knowles from the Antiques Roadshow and former Director of Bonhams. Chairman of Society of Scientific Glassblowers, Chairman of British Glass Education Trust & Chairman of Nazeing Glass, Chairman of Contemporary Glass Society and the Arts Council.
